摘 要

电位器是一种阻值可以根据用户需要进行调整的可变电阻器,是应用广泛的

通用机电元件。传统的电位器大多为接触式的,这样的电位器存在许多缺点。为克服存在的缺陷,非接触式电位器应运而生。本次设计从现代传感器技术入手,通过深入了解现代传感器技术,从中选取合适的传感器作为实现“非接触式”的手段。在理论分析的基础上,并考虑到实际制作环境的限制,从而选取了差动式电感传感器作为电位器的调节端,并且改进了传感器电路,提高了其调节的稳定性和灵敏度。在该电位器的输出端,接上了一运算放大器,使其输出范围大大增加。通过对作品参数的测试,证明了其符合设计要求,实现了电位器的“非接触式”调节。

Abstract

Potentiomete is a resistor that can be adjusted according to the user who needs a variable resistance,it’s a widely used and general-purpose electromechanical components.Most of the traditional potentiometes are contact-type component,there are many defects with them.In order to overcome these defects,the non-contact potentiometers are invented.This design is on the base of modern sensor technology.By a Profound understanding of the modern sensor technology,I use a suited sensor to achieveing the “non-contact”.Not only I analyse the theory,but also I think over the practical setting,I choose the differential-inductive sensors as the modulatory terminal,and mend the sensor circuit,so the stability and susceptiveness have improved. In the output of the potentiometer,I use a operational amplifier to increase the output range.Through the test of this work,I prove it meet the design requirements: achieveing the “non-contact” of the potentiometer.
