某市顺丰快递终端配送优化研究 摘 要：我国快递行业的日渐成熟以及顺丰快递的快速发展，使的民营快递在人们日常生活中发挥的作用越来越明显。决定一个快递企业成功与否真正在于连接网购的两端，物流发展的困局集中在最后几公里的配送上面。针对某市顺丰快递的的现有的情况，以及最大竞争对手EMS的终端配送的优势以及配送优化策略。本文从终端配送的角度对某市顺丰快递终端配送进行优化研究。详细的描述某市顺丰快递的配送范围及现状，在借鉴日本和台湾7-11便利店的物流配送体系成功经验的基础上，研究了多配送中心选址的非线性模型和中国邮递员问题，对某市顺丰快递网点的选择以及投递线路提出相应的优化方案和流程，达到优化终端配送的目的。 关键词：顺丰快递；终端配送；优化
