摘要

综合楼是民用建筑当中较为复杂的工程,包含了建筑给水排水专业的各个系统,能够充分反映出建筑给水排水工程的先进技术。

给水系统:综合楼生活给水系统分成低,中,高三区,低区地下一层到2层由市政管网供水,中区3到18层,高区19-32层由变频调速恒压给水系统供水。

消防给水系统:综合楼地下一层消防贮水池贮备2小时消防栓给水用水量和1小时自动喷淋灭火系统用水量,火灾前10分钟用水由屋面消防水箱供给。

排水系统:室内排水系统采用污废合流。

雨水系统:层面雨水由专用的雨水斗收集,直接排入室外市政雨水管网。 热水系统:该建筑物采用全天热水供应系统,采用机械全循环系统,使用立管循环,设计采用容积式水加热器,热媒为蒸汽。热水给水采用下行上给式供水方式。

Abstract

building of civil architecture is relatively complex engineering, including the construction of water drainage system, professional fully reflects the water and wastewater engineering construction of advanced technology. Water supply system: building the drinking water system into low, medium and high and low area three underground layer by layer 2 to 3, the central city water supply pipe to 18 floors, 19-32 high layer of constant pressure water supply system for multi-motors water.

Fire water system: building underground fire hydrants cisterns stockpile water consumption and 2 hours 1 hour sprinkler fire-extinguishing systems, 10 minutes before the fire water supply water tank of roof fire.

Drainage system: indoor drainage system adopts unclean waste confluence. Rain system: special rain water level by collecting, fight directly into outdoor municipal rain pipes.

Hot water system: the building adopts 24-hour hot water supply system, adopting mechanical full circulation system, using the stand pipe cycle, the design adopts &volumetric HTM heater, water into steam. Hot water on the downside to using water type.
