隧道模板台车驱动系统采用链式传动,动力为每台两部约5.5KW电动机。行走轮直径约145mm,经过减速后,台车行走速度约为6.5m/min,没有对行车轮以摆动形式和机架连接,以消除由于轨道不平,造成台车无法驱动的现象,实现其在预先铺设的轨道上顺利运行。 3.2电力控制系统

电力控制主要采用机械式控制即采用交流接触器、热继电器、常开、常闭按钮等,以实现电动力的正、反转动及过载保护。 3.3机械支撑系统

在液压油缸作用下,模板进入混凝土浇筑工作状态时,要用螺旋千斤顶将所有支点紧锁。

隧道模板采用自走式衬砌台车结构,支撑采用机械式(螺旋杆)。 4、模板选择

隧道衬砌模板按施工图纸给定半径增加50mm,模板使用全钢模板,模板面板采用12mm钢板的钢板。模板间使用M24*50公制螺栓连接。考虑模板的加工精度,模板在连接时要加胶封闭。 5、施工计划
