摘要 :在工业上,随着自动控制系统广泛的应用,工业自动化机床控制、计算机系统、机

器人等高科技技术也得到了长足的发展。其中工业机器人是相对较新的电子设备,它综合应用了机械电子自动控制等先进技术以及物理生物等学科的基础知识,因而能实现机械化与自动化的有机结合而广泛应用与工业生产的各个部门,逐步的改变现代化工业面貌。

工业机器人是一种机体独立,动作自由度较多,程序可灵活变更,能任意定位,自动化程度高的自动操作机械。主要用在自动加工线和柔性制造系统中传递和装卸的工件或夹具。工业机器人以刚性高的手臂为主体,与人相比,可以有更快的运动速度,可以搬运更重的东西,而且定位精度相当高,它可以根据外部来的信号,自动进行各种操作。

本设计为三自由度圆柱坐标型工业机器人,其工作方向为两个直线方向和一个旋转方向。在控制器的作用下,它可执行将工件从一条流水线拿到另一条流水线这一简单的动作,本文是对整个设计工作较全面的介绍和总结。

Abstract:

In industry, along with the automatic control system of a wide range of applications, industrial automation machine control, computer systems, robots and other high-tech technology are also got rapid progress. Including industrial robot is relatively new electronic equipment, it comprehensive application of mechanical and electronic automatic control and other advanced technology and physics biological sciences foundation knowledge, and can therefore realize mechanization and automation organically and is widely used in industrial production of various sectors, gradually change modern industrial outlook.

Industrial robot is a body independent of freedom movements, the program can be more flexible changes, can arbitrary positioning, high automation automatic operate machinery. Mainly used in automatic processing lines and flexible manufacturing system transfer and loading and unloading work piece or fixture. Industrial robot arm with rigid high for the subject than people, can have faster movement speed, can carry more weight, and positioning accuracy quite high, and it may, according to the signals, automatic external to operate.

This scheme introduced a cylindrical robot for three degree of freedom. It is composed of two linear axes and one rotary axis current control only allows these devices move from one assembly line to other assembly line in space, perform relatively simple tasks. This paper is more comprehensive introduction and summing-up for the for the whole design work.
