汽车交通事故的查勘定损环节探讨
摘要
自改革开放以来，人们的生活水平的逐渐提高，我国汽车总量也在连年攀升，根据国家统计局2015.02.26日在官方网站发布《2014年国民经济和社会发展统计公报》的结果来看，去年年终全国民用汽车总量达到1.54亿辆，比2013年末增长百分之十二多，其中私人汽车总量达到1.26亿辆，增长百分之十六左右。经济发展的同时也带动机动车需求量的日益增加,也推动了机动车辆保险在最近十几年的高速发展。然而,在我国机动车辆保险业务飞快崛起的背后,车险理赔的各个环节也就倍受人们关注，那么应当怎样去规范和管理汽车保险在查勘与定损这方面的行为，成为整个汽车保险行业将要面对的首要重大挑战。本文叙述了我国汽车保险从萌发到飞速发展所经历的过程，汽车保险各类险种的定义，汽车保险查勘定损的内容以及各环节应注意的事项，查勘人员应该熟练掌握的技巧以及必须严格贯彻的工作准则。

Abstract
Since reform and opening, and the gradual improvement of people's living standards, China's total automobile also increased year by year, according to the National Bureau of statistics on the 2015.02.26 in the official website released the results of the 2014 national economy and social development statistical bulletin \vehicles total reached 1.54 million, up 12 percent over the end of 2013, which aggregate private cars reached 1.26 million, growth of about 16 percent. The economic development also drives the increasing demand of the motor vehicle, and also promotes the development of the motor vehicle insurance in the recent ten years.. However, in the fast behind the rise of China's motor vehicle insurance business, insurance claims each link is attracting people's attention, then it should be how to regulate and manage the automobile insurance in the survey and assess the damage this behavior, becoming the first major challenge of the auto insurance industry will have to face the. Automobile insurance in our country from germination to rapid development of experienced process are described in this paper, the definition of all kinds of auto insurance insurance, automobile insurance survey to assess the damage and each link should pay attention to matters, survey personnel should master the skills and must strictly implement the guidelines for the work.
