摘 要

教学楼是为人们学习提供最为良好环境的建筑。纵观教学建筑的发展历史,无不体现着人类文化、文明的历史进程和时代特征。本文对沈阳工学院4#教学楼的安全预评价内容,根据有关资料数据和资料,利用我们所学的安全评价的相关知识,对4#教学楼的建设设计上,建设过程中和建设完成等过程中,可能出现的安全问题进行初步的判定,并做出合理的改善。

Abstract

Safety is the eternal theme of human survival and development, and is also one of the

present and even future human society focuses on the main problems. But with the development and progress of society, the security problem will become increasingly subject to the attention of the whole society. The teaching building is to provide the most favorable environment for building for people to learn. Throughout the history of development of the teaching building, reflects the historical process and the characteristics of the times of human culture, civilization. The safety evaluation of Shenyang Engineering College 4# teaching building of the content, according to the relevant data and information, knowledge of the safety assessment of what we learn, construction design of 4# teaching building, construction and completion of construction process, the possible security problems were preliminary judging, and make reasonable improvement. Analysis of the security problem in our country, in terms of the teaching building of the security, in recent years the teaching building collapsed in the natural disaster events, which largely explains the incomplete security measures in our country.
