摘 要

本课题针对传统机械产品的疲劳裂纹检测系统中无可避免的一些问题,设计了一套以基于虚拟仪器技术以及图像处理技术为基础,实现疲劳裂纹图像的采集与处理,疲劳裂纹的增强与识别,并兼有裂纹长度和图像信息存储的实时非接触式疲劳裂纹长度检测系统。 在硬件上采用一套以高频疲劳试验机,CCD传感器,图像采集卡以及PC机为主体的设计思路。在软件上采用模块化分析设计思想,采用基于mySQL的数据存储技术,并通过基于NI-VISON的图像处理技术将传统图像处理理论完美的运用到本系统中。

Abstract

A method based on Virtual Instrument Tech. and Image Processing Tech. for the fatigue crack non-contact online detection system is included aiming at solving the problems in the traditional detection methods, and investigation of this type of Machine vision-based detection methods is carried out. On this basis, hardware design is fixed out, including: Imaging System design, CCD Sensor selection, Image Acquiring Board selection. The Modular software design based on LabVIEW Development Platform is also Gave out, as well as the implementation of Data Access based on MySQL(or Access), ODBC and LabSQL. Then by elaborating on the basic theories of image processing technology and the introduction of IMAQ Vision, the fatigue crack detection system based on image processing tech. is built.
