中小企业财务管理现状及分析

摘 要

近年来,我国经济取得了长足的增长,中小企业在我国经济发展中扮演的角色越来越重要。但是,随着全球化的推进,以及世界分工的进一步加剧,各大跨国公司逐渐进入我国各行各业,给我国带来经济增长的同时,对于我国本土的中小企业带来了巨大的冲击。这些企业在过去的经营与发展中存在着诸多的问题,这些问题在这种冲击下阻碍着中小企业的良性发展。本文以宏达铝业公司为例,首先介绍了财务管理的概念,中小企业财务管理问题;其次以案例分析的形式分析了中小企业财务管理存在的问题及原因,最后提出相应的对策。 关键词:中小企业 ;财务管理;现状

Abstract

In recent years, has been a rapid growth of economy in our country, the small and medium-sized enterprises is playing an increasingly important role in the economic development of our country. However, along with the advancement of globalization, and the division of labor, each big multinational companies gradually into all walks of life in our country, brings to our country economic growth at the same time, for local small and medium-sized enterprises in China has brought the huge impact. These enterprises in the past there are many problems in the management and development, these problems under the shock hinder the healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Based on hongda aluminium company as an example, this paper first introduces the concept of financial management, small and medium-sized enterprise financial management status; Secondly analyses the problems existing in the enterprise financial management, and finally put forward corresponding countermeasures.
