【摘要】
药物不良反应（Adverse Drug Reaction，简称ADR）作为药学学科的重要组成部分，从古至今就伴随着安全合理用药而存在，可以说，是药物除去治疗作用以外的一个孳生品。所谓“是药三分毒”，所以探讨引起药物不良反应的因素和临床危害，从而提高合理用药的安全性，具有十分重要的意义。近几年来，国家及各主管部门已经从法律法规的层面对药物不良反应的监测和控制采取了一系列的规范措施，旨在引起社会各方面的关注，从而切实降低和预防药物不良反应的风险，安全、有效、经济、适当地使用药物即合理用药。本文将以此为出发点，依托当代药物和疾病系统知识和理论基础，就药物不良反应与安全用药做进一步的剖析和探讨，为安全用药知识的普及及其科学性和权威性提供理论依据和数据参考。 【关键词】不良反应 危害 减少 安全用药
【 Abstract 】 ADR (Adverse Drug Reaction, referred to as \as an important part of medicine discipline, safety rational Drug use, historically occurs, so to speak, the Drug's a breed apart from treatment function. So-called \reactions and clinical harm, thus improve the security of the rational use of drugs, has the very vital significance. In recent years, the country and the various departments have from different aspects such as laws and regulations of the adverse drug reactions monitoring and control has adopted a series of regulatory measures, to arouse attention from all sectors of society, so as to effectively reduce and prevent the risk of adverse drug reactions, safe, effective, economical and proper use of drugs that rational drug use. This article as a starting point, relying on modern medicine and disease system knowledge and theoretical basis, adverse drug reactions and safe drug for further analysis and
