摘 要
温度是表征物体冷热程度的物理量，是工业生产和科学实践中最普遍最重要的热工参数之一。在日常的生活生产中，我们有时候要知道现场的温度，或是某单元位置的温度。但是普通的温度计多为长条的，需要读刻度的，不利于我们对温度的监控。因此我们要制作一个既方便又实用的测温系统——LED数字式测温系统。该系统主要由ICL7107组成一个双积分模数转换集成电路。只要在外部接入部分元件即可组成一个三位半数字表头。若将转换器电路作为输入环节，连接到数字表头的输入端，就可组成数字温度计等测量仪器。为了达到某些需要，我们还对电路进行完善，使之实现上限预置，超限报警等功能。

Abstract
Temperature is a physical objects to reflect the level of heat or cold, while，is one of the most popular and the most important thermal parameters in industrial production and scientific practice. In daily production life, sometimes，we need to know the temperature field, or the temperature of a unit or position. But for ordinary thermometer, need to read the strip on the scale, so that，we can not monitor the temperature easily. Therefore, we should make a convenient and practical temperature measurement system -——LED digital temperature measurement system. The system is mainly composed by a double integral ICL7107 frequency-field integrated circuits. Just in the external access to a three part components and digital headers. If regard the converter circuit as input, connected to the digital multiplier of input, and could form a digital thermometer measurement instrument or some other instruments. In order to achieve certain need, we will improve the circuit, achieve on-line preset, overrun alarm function and so on.
