摘 要
本论文主要讲述了Z3040B摇臂钻床电气控制系统从原理图设计到最终电气控制柜安装和调试及常见故障分析与排除的整个过程。而且在本论文中，对Z3040B摇臂钻床的工作原理和电气控制及液压系统做了进一步的分析，清晰的说明了各电器元件在电气控制电路中的重要作用以及如何选取这里面用的低压电器。同时，该设计充分合理的利用了交流接触器的辅助触头，对电器加以控制。

Design of electrical control system for Z3040B radial drilling

Abstrct：This paper focuses on the Z3040 electric control system of rockerarm
from schematic design through to final electrical control cabinet installation and commissioning and common fault analysis and removal of the whole process. In this paper, Z3040 radial drill press works and electric control and hydraulic systems to do a further analysis, clearly illustrates the important function of electrical components in the electrical control circuit, as well as how to select the surfaces using low voltage apparatus here. Meanwhile, the full use of AC contactor auxiliary contacts, the electrical control.
