基于PLC的小型包装机控制系统设计
摘要:本文介绍了一种块状糖果包装机的控制方案,从软、硬件两方面阐述了系统的组成和功能。根据糖果包装工艺特点,本系统流程主要为推搪-包糖-喷胶-截断。以三菱FX2N系列PLC为控制核心,利用PLC的强大功能,以松下VF0变频器控制一台三相异步电机完成上述流程,同时电气装置也能够按照设计要求稳定运行。本系统外部电路简单,具有微型化和低能耗的特点。此外,本系统加强了人机互动,利用力控组态软件开发了糖果包装机控制系统界面,实现包装过程的自动跟踪与监控。组态软件是新型的工业自控控制系统,它以标准的工业计算机软、硬件平台构成的集成系统取代传统的封闭式系统。

Design of Control System of Small Packaging Machine Based on
PLC
Abstract: The dissertation has introduced a control scheme of candy wrapping machine and the system’s composition and function are computerized from both software and hardware. According to the characteristics of candy wrapping technology .The system’s process is: candy push--candy wrap--glue spray—cutting off. The Mitsubishi’sFX2N series PLC has been used as the control core, with the higher power of PLC, using Panasonic’s VFO frequency changer to control a three-phase asynchronous motor to realize the process above. According to the design requirements ,the electric installation can operate stably. The system’s external circuit is simple, miniaturized and low-consumptive. Moreover, the system strengthens the human-computer interaction, using the force control configuration software to develop the interface of candy wrapping machine and realize the wrapping process’s automatic tracking and monitoring.
