基于ug发动机箱体工艺路线拟定及钻床类夹具设计大学毕设论文

摘要

论文的题目是基于UG发动机箱体工艺路线拟定及钻床类夹具设计。发动机箱体是机器的基本零件,它将机器和发动机中的轴、套、齿轮等有关零件连接成为一个整体,并使之保证正确的位置以传递转矩或改变转速来完成规定的运动。发动机箱体的加工质量直接影响机器的性能、精度和寿命。

本设计说明书是根据机械制造工艺专业教学委员会所指定的教学计划和教学大纲,结合所学专业的理论和实践知识,编写设计处一套机械加工工艺规程和工装夹具。此设计有工作量大、专业知识范围广、要求高等特点,不同于前面所做的课程设计。对于我们毕业生来讲,是对我们所学专业知识的一次重大考验,也是对我们参加工作之前的很好的历练。既提高了我们的专业要求,又培养了我们的实际设计意识。

说明书对零件的功用分析、零件的加工工艺过程、夹具工艺设计作了比较系统、完整的分析和论证。对工艺规程的设计作了详细的说明,并制定了合理的加工工艺路线。对关键工序的加工余量、工序尺寸、工序公差、切削用量进行了设计分析,保证整个工艺过程的完整。最后,对夹具精度也进行了校核计算。

Abstract

The topic of my thesis is the design of machining technics regulatious and appropriative clamp of the box body of engine .The box of engine is the basic spare of machine,it conecs the staik,set,wheel gear…etc of engine to the whole.And accurate position to transfer torque or complete preive movement.The machining quality of the box body of engine will influence the performance,precision an life of machine.

According to the plan and didactical brief made by machine manufacturing craft profession committee,this design have mainly compiled and designed teachining technics regulations and appropriative clamp using professional theory and practical knowledge.This design is not only a great chanllenge,but also a good exercise for our graduate.It has enhanced our lever of speciality,at the same time,it also has cultived our team sprint.

The design mainly introduces the spare parts craft process,tongs technological design to make comparison system,analysis and argumen integrity.Design craft regulations to make expation,and establishment reasonable of process craft route.In this design,I have analysed and calculated some key working proces,which include the remaining quantity of process,the measure of working procedure procedure the tolerance of working procedure techics cards.Whatmore in the end ,I have designed a appropriative clamp and proof-tested its precision to ensure the quality of workpiece.
