住宅小区物业管理存在的
问题及对策研究
摘要：目前，现代物业管理作为房地产业的一个重要分支和第三产业服务业的一部分，正步入快速发展时期，随着社会和经济的发展，社会化、市场化、专业化将成为未来物业管理发展的趋势所在。住宅小区的管理作为物业管理的一部分，在多年实践中体现出来的重要性和优越性、行业的发展速度之快是有目共睹的。
但是，作为新生事物的物业管理行业，在发展进程中必将遇到诸多的困难和压力，管理中许多不尽人意的现象也会随处可见，暴露出了一系列的问题，为此，物业管理企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中脱颖而出，就必须用科学、系统的管理理念去解决问题。本文通过论述物业管理、住宅小区物业管理的基本理论，对物业管理存在的问题和解决的对策进行了分析,提高人们对物业管理这一新兴行业的认识。 关键词：住宅小区；物业管理；问题；研究对策
