of the Chinese and Indian education systems, including their achievements and challenges, would
be very meaningful. Such a study may provide useful insights into the factors that have influenced
the inputs and outcomes of their education systems and disclose the future needs and challenges
that they face. As economies of global integration, China and India have trained millions of skilled
workers, which has implications for labor situation in in industrialized economies of the United
States and Europe. This is another motivation to undertake such a study.

Employer鈥檚 E
ntitlement to Termination
The
Employer
shall
be
entitled
to
terminate
the
Contract,
at
any
time
for
the
Employer鈥檚
convenience, by giving notice of such termination to the Contractor. The termination shall take
effect
28
days
after
the
later
of
the
dates
on
which
the
Contractor
receives
this
notice
or
the
Employer returns the Performance Security. The Employer shall not terminate the Contract under
this Sub-Clause in order to execute the Works himself or to arrange for the Works to be executed
by another contractor.
After
this
termination,
the
Contractor
shall
proceed
in
accordance
with
Sub-Clause
15.3
[Cessation of Work and Removal of Contractor鈥檚 Equipment] and shall be paid in accordance with
Sub-Clause 18.6 [Optional Termination, Payment and Release].
