General Notes:
1.
This JSA must be discussed with all involved personnel prior to job execution. Pre-job planning and daily toolbox meeting should be held on site
prior to starting daily work to discuss relevant issues, technical procedures and assignment during job execution.
2.
Incorporate daily toolbox meeting to consider safety requirements for each task assignment before commencing job.
3.
Ensure that personnel that are handing heavy equipment are certified and the equipment is tested, maintained and cover with necessary
certificates and approved plant access.
4.
Workers shall be required to wear appropriate minimum PPEs e.g. safety goggles, safety helmet, safety shoes, and flame resistant clothing.
5.
