Objective:
To
observe
the
effect
and
safety
of
umbilical
cord
mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) on human aging. Methods: a total of 20
healthy volunteers, of umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells reinfusion
(6 males, 14 females, aged 50-80 years old), the experimental group of
10 volunteers were intravenous infusion of 3 cycles of umbilical cord
mesenchymal stem cells, the control group of normal saline drip. The
experimental group and the control group were double blind experiment,
3 months after the end of treatment, and the observation of 6 months and
12
months.
Conclusion:
the
effective
rate
of
the
treatment
group
was
90%,
which
was
effective
from
the
appearance,
endocrine,
mental
state,
physical fitness and sleep.
