basic character traits and the cultural context of the madman image. In addition, it also
analyzes and evaluates the cultural significance of these images. First, the thesis classifies
the madman images and analyzes the basic performance characteristics. Second, the thesis
discuss about the time and cultural context which generated the crazy man. And then, by
comparing
the
basic
performance
characteristics
of
the

image
and
the
life
experience of Pu Songl
ing鈥檚, it analyzes the link between
